Our family members have been patients of Dr. Brandon for several years and have been very pleased with the gracious and courteous way we have been treated and the service and treatments we've received. Dr. Brandon is very thorough but conservative in his treatment and doesn't push for unnecessary dental work, often saying, "Let's keep an eye on the situation, and check it again at your next appointment." When he does recommend treatment, I have confidence that it is a necessary procedure. Sometimes the billing takes a while to get mistakes straightened out, but on my last situation that came up was when my insurance company changed coverage without notifying us. I ended up with an examination being done by the doctor that wasn't covered even though it had been covered in the past. However, Stillwater graciously waived the charge, even though it really was the fault of insurance company for not communicating the changes to my policy.
